Hampton is a church leadership coach, strategist, and Executive Director of Operations at one of the largest churches in America, where he oversees complex ministry systems, organizational strategy, and leadership development for 100+ staff and more than 1,000 volunteers serving 10,000+ people weekly. He currently serves alongside one of the most recognized and influential pastors in the world, navigating the realities of large-scale ministry, leadership pressure, and long-term sustainability from the inside.
With more than 20 years of experience as a Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and executive leader, Eric understands church leadership beyond theory. He has led through growth, crisis, burnout, staff transitions, and cultural change, while building systems that protect people and support the mission of the local church.
