Meet Eric

I didn't set out to build ChurchLeaderOS. I built it because I needed it.

When I first entered ministry, I believed passion could solve almost every leadership problem.

I was wrong.

I watched gifted pastors burn out.

Volunteers disappear.

Teams become confused.

Vision stalls under the weight of broken systems.

I experienced many of those pressures myself.

Somewhere along the way, I realized churches rarely fail because they lack vision.

Churches struggle because they lack leadership systems.

Today, I serve as Executive Director of Operations at one of America's largest churches.

Every week, I help oversee:

  • leadership development

  • organizational systems

  • ministry operations

  • strategic planning

  • staff development

  • volunteer engagement

Before that, I served as both a Senior Pastor and an Executive Pastor.

Those experiences shaped the way I coach today.

Every principle I teach is being tested in real ministry today, not remembered from years ago.

Why ChurchLeaderOS Exists

I didn't create ChurchLeaderOS because churches needed another curriculum.

I created it because pastors deserve a better way to lead.

One that protects both their mission and their soul.

ChurchLeaderOS helps leaders:

  • Lead Yourself.

  • Lead Your Team.

  • Lead Your Church.

Because healthy churches don't happen accidentally.

They are built intentionally.

What makes me different?

Most church leadership coaches study ministry.

I still lead inside it.

Every principle I teach is tested every week inside a large, growing church.

I'm still sitting in executive meetings.

Still solving organizational problems.

Still developing leaders.

Still making difficult decisions.

That matters because coaching should come from today's ministry, not yesterday's memories.

When I'm not coaching, you'll probably find me with my wife Jennifer, cheering for my sons Ethan and Jacob on the soccer field, reading leadership books, or building the next ChurchLeaderOS resource.

Those moments remind me leadership begins at home before it ever reaches a platform.

If you're carrying more than you were meant to carry, you don't need someone to impress you.

You need someone who's been where you are.

Someone who understands both the weight of ministry and the complexity of leadership.

If that's where you are today, I'd be honored to walk with you.

“Pastor Eric is a trusted, charismatic, and innovative leader who does ministry skillfully. He's a gift to the body of Christ with a genuine heart.”
